Atlantik Travel’s general travel conditions.
Registration
With regard to booking of plane/bus/car or other transportation all registrations must be in writing. When registering for one of our destinations, Atlantik Travel forward our travel conditions and a registration form, which must be filled in and returned signed.
Hereafter the registration is binding.
The registration form must be filled in with full name as it appears in the customer’s passport.
Payment
Deposit
The deposit is 20 per cent of the entire price of the trip and must be Atlantik Travel in hand 14 days after registering at the latest.
If the registration takes place within 90 days before departure, the entire payment must be submitted immediately.
End payment
The remainder of the payment must be Atlantik Travel in hand 90 days before day of departure at the latest.
If the registration takes place within 90 days before departure, the entire payment must be submitted immediately.
Travel insurance
Atlantik Travel strongly advices all its customers to write travel insurance since you travel at your own risk.
Atlantik Travel cooperates with GOUDA Travel Insurance and the insurance can be written at Atlantik Travel.
Cancellation
Should the customer cancel within 60 days of the departure date, no compensation will be paid by Atlantik Travel.
Should the customer cancel within 61 – 120 days of the departure date, 40 per cent of the total price, with a minimum of DKK 1000 per person, will be paid as compensation.
Should the customer cancel within 121 – 210 days of the departure date, 60 per cent of the total price, with a minimum of DKK 1500 per person, will be paid as compensation.
Should the customer cancel within 211 days or more of the departure date, 90 per cent of the total price, with a minimum of DKK 2000 per person, will be paid as compensation.
Issue flyticket is not refundable !!!!
Atlantik Travel makes reservations about the following
Atlantik Travel makes reservations about changes of the travel hours and the occurrence of sold out. All hours on the travel schedule is with reservations for delays out of the hands of Atlantik Travel, for which Atlantik Travel cannot be held responsible.
Atlantik Travel cannot be held responsible for airline companies’ and shipping lines’ internal rules, delays, luggage handling, or security procedures.
Atlantik Travel is not responsible for delays at car rental bureaus or price rises on voluntary insurances.
Atlantik Travel is not responsible for the life and health of the customer on the trip.
Atlantik Travel is not liable to pay damages if weather, nature disaster, war, or similar incidents prohibits the trip or alter the purpose of the trip.
Atlantik Travel is not responsible for damages caused by the customer.
Customer responsibility
As a customer I accept that Atlantik Travel’s duty to disclose all material facts is equivalent to Atlantik Travel here and now knowledge of all factors on the trip I have ordered. Factors occurring without Atlantik Travel having knowledge of them are therefore not Atlantik Travel’s responsibility. Any lacks or complaints must be pointed out by the customer during the stay. Complaints can be directed on tel. +45 70 20 38 86 (0045 70 20 38 86).
Should you as customer notice defects or lacks without notifying Atlantik Travel before the trip or the stay has ended, Atlantik Travel is not liable to pay damages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive in time for scheduled departures on the way out as well as the way home. Atlantik Travel cannot be held responsible for any delays the customer has. If bankruptcy at any supplier on the destination should occur, I am as customer entitled to be paid compensation the amount of the price of the trip unless I accept a compensation trip that it is not necessarily similar to the originally purchased trip.
If the compensation trip is accepted, I am as customer not entitled to compensation for the price of trip even if it is a different product I receive as compensation.
